What representation

actually means
Talent

Most creators in Pakistan negotiate their own deals, chase their own invoices and find out what usage rights mean the first time a brand runs their face on a billboard for a year without asking.

Representation means somebody else does that work, and does it before the shoot rather than after the argument. Scope, exclusivity, usage window, territory and payment terms agreed in writing, every time, including for the small deals.

We also sit on the other side of the table. Nova Social buys creator campaigns for brand clients, so we know exactly what a deal is worth and where the terms are usually weighted against you.

In writing, every time

What we agree before you work

Deliverables

Exactly what you are producing, and how many revisions

Usage rights

Where it runs, on what channels, for how long

Exclusivity

Which categories you cannot work with, and for what period

Approval

Who signs off, and what happens if they change their mind

Payment

Amount, terms, and who chases it. That is us

Who we

represent
Talent
Six categories. We are deliberately small in each one, because a roster of two hundred people is a database, not representation.

Content creators

Short-form, long-form and platform-native creators with an audience that actually engages rather than merely exists.

Athletes

Professional and emerging, with sponsorship, appearance and media commitments handled around a training calendar rather than against it.

Musicians and artists

Release cycles, press, brand partnerships and the licensing questions most artists only discover when something has already gone wrong.

Broadcast personalities

Presenters, hosts and on-air talent moving between channels, platforms and their own independent output.

Experts and commentators

People with genuine domain knowledge who should be the ones journalists call, and currently are not.

Emerging talent

Smaller audiences, real momentum. We take a limited number each year and we say so rather than pretending otherwise.

01

We know what a deal is worth

We buy creator campaigns for brand clients as well as selling them. Sitting on both sides is the only reliable way to know when a fee is low.

02

The paperwork happens first

Rights, usage, exclusivity and payment terms agreed before anything is produced. That is the boring part, and it is the part that protects you.

03

A PR agency, not just a booker

Press placement, profile building and reputation protection come from the same team. Most talent agencies cannot offer any of it.

Roster

Creators, singers, educators and public figures represented by Nova Social. Follower counts are taken from public profiles and verified before any campaign is quoted.

How it

works
Process
Four stages from application to representation. Most of it happens before any money changes hands in either direction.
01

Apply

Send your platforms, your rate card if you have one, and what you want to be doing in two years. Reviewed fortnightly.

02

Conversation

A call, no obligation on either side. We will tell you honestly whether we can add anything to what you are already doing.

03

Positioning

What you should be known for, which categories to avoid, and what your work is actually worth. Agreed in writing.

04

Represent

Deals negotiated, contracts checked, invoices chased, press pitched. One named manager who knows your history.

What you

get
Included

Every represented person gets all of the following. It does not scale with your follower count.

A written representation agreement

Term, scope, commission and how either side ends it. No verbal arrangements.

Deal negotiation

Fee, deliverables and revisions argued for you, by someone who knows the market rate.

Rights and usage checked

Every contract read properly before you sign it, with the traps explained in plain language.

Invoicing and chasing

We raise it, we follow it up, and late payment is our problem rather than yours.

Press and profile placement

Interviews and features through the same team that runs our PR services.

Reputation monitoring

Impersonation and false claims caught early, using the same process as our clients.

A media kit that works

Real figures, presented the way a brand’s marketing team actually needs to see them.

Honest advice on offers

Including the ones we think you should turn down, and why.

One named manager

The person you meet is the person who answers your message eighteen months later.

Your own audience stays yours

We do not take ownership of your channels, your handles or your content.

Brands

If you are a brand rather than a creator, the roster is open to book. Tell us the campaign, the budget and the audience you need, and we will come back with the two or three people who actually fit rather than everyone we represent.

Deliverables, usage rights and exclusivity are agreed upfront on your side too. It makes the campaign faster to run and considerably harder to argue about later.

Matched, not listed

Two or three names that fit the brief, with the reasoning. Not a spreadsheet.

Rates you can plan against

Fees quoted per deliverable and usage window, before you commit budget.

One contract

We handle the paperwork with each creator so you sign once.

Coverage on top

Campaigns can be paired with press placement through our PR services.

Before you

apply
Questions

No. We keep each category deliberately small, because a roster of two hundred people is a database rather than representation, and brands can tell the difference.

If we say no it is usually about fit rather than quality. We will tell you which it is.

There is no threshold, and anyone quoting one is guessing.

Engagement, audience relevance and how you behave with brands matter more than the number. A creator with fifteen thousand engaged followers in a specific category is frequently worth more to an advertiser than someone with two hundred thousand passive ones.

For brand deals, yes. For everything else, no.

Exclusivity on commercial representation is what lets us negotiate properly, because a brand cannot go around us to get a lower fee. Your own content, your own channels and any work you find yourself before the agreement starts remain yours entirely.

Commission on the deals we bring you, agreed in writing before you sign, and taken from the fee rather than charged to you separately.

No joining fee, no monthly retainer, no charge for the media kit. If we do not find you work, we do not get paid.

We chase it. That is one of the main reasons representation is worth having.

Payment terms are in the contract we negotiated, so late payment is a contractual matter rather than an awkward message you have to send yourself. It is our problem to solve.

Yes, and that is the part most talent agencies cannot offer.

Profiles, interviews and expert commentary come from the same team that runs our PR services, and reputation monitoring is included. If somebody starts impersonating you, it is handled in house.

Twelve months, with notice terms written into it from the start.

Any agency that will not tell you how to leave before you join is telling you something. Ask us for the notice period on the first call and we will give you the number.
